SBV is a 4 bedroom luxury beach villa with a 20m pool and direct beach access located in Mirissa. The land is covered by walls and only opens from the side where the beach is, the large garden offering the kids a great place to run around. All the bedrooms are ensuite and have air-con. SBV also has the unique feature of a surf break directly out from the villa allowing the experienced surfers to enjoy and the less experienced to watch.
Located in Mirissa close to the Southern capital of Matara which its Dutch Fort, SBV is ideally placed as both private beach escape and a place from which to venture out to see sights and sounds of Sri Lanka
